SleepTalk is a process -not a therapy-helping parents inspire posotve change in their children. ... SleepTalk is a process to be incorporated into the bedtime routine for families with children. It’s about empowering and teaching parents to work with their children while they sleep; it takes about 2 minutes per night. The children awaken with a more positive mind set. The Process is a nightly bedtime routine commitment which is so worthwhile. For parents the 3 MOST important aspects to create change with the SleepTalk process are: Commitment: Offer SleepTalk each night for a minimum of 3 months. Consistency: Ensure you present the process each and every evening to all siblings. Compliance: Repeat the suggestions without attempting change or addition.
