Healing Waters Spa remains open and is not affected by the updated COVID-19 restrictions announced earlier today by the Alberta Government. Please take a moment to read the following information regarding our business operations at this time. We want you to be healthy. We want to be healthy. Please, please, please do not come to your appointment if you are ill, have symptoms of illness, or have been in contact with someone who is ill. We, as practitoners, value the health... and well-being of ourselves JUST as much as the health and well-being of our clients. If we are ill, we do not work. We stay home, get covid tests, and we wait. We do this to protect ourselves, our team, our clients and our community. Appointment cancellations may happen, and we appreciate your understanding. Masks are required for entry to our facility and must be worn for the duration of your treatment. *SOME* appointments allow you to remove your mask for a period of time, but your service provider must, and will always wear additional PPE. We have extensive cleaning practices and protocols that we strictly adhere to. This continues to take our time and energy, each and every day for each and every treatment. We thank you for your patience if we're running a few minutes behind. Tandem body treatments and steam room services are limited to same household cohorts. No exceptions. - These are only a few of our extensive policies and procedures we are upholding at our spa.
