Kefir is an excellent source of probiotics containing as many as 12 strains of bacteria depending the brand you get. I like to ferment my own, but that's not always doable in our lives of tight schedules and having to run, run, run! So thankfully they can be found at the grocery store or health food store. Another hot yoga class. This was definately the hardest one so far and I couldn't do all the poses. I learned more about self acceptance, self love and the power in honouring where you are at in the moment. I have always known intellectually that yoga is a powerful tool for many things. But know I am turning the knowing into wisdom by doing it!! So what's the reason for my very red face??? I did Hot Yoga today baby!! I had a real heart opening experience yesterday that came from facing my shit head on and being honest with myself. If I don't take responsibility for my health then who will, right? One of the hardest things for me to do is ask someone for help, but I got the courage up and asked the BEAUTIFUL soul in this picture with me for help yesterday, and without hesitation @hanna_olava_anandashri got right back ...to me and said we will make it happen!! So I showed up even though I have aches and pains, that I am so self conscious about my body, that I am not very flexible and the anxiety was pretty high! Saying goodbye to my best friend Doogal. Had to rush him to the vet tonight. His stomach flipped and he had bloat there was too much damage to be able to help him. My heart is broken and I think I am in shock as I was playing with him only a few hours ago.

I had an epiphany this morning and I think it came from something a client said to me the other day. She said, "I have addictive food behaviors, but "I" am not a food addict". I spend a great deal of time feeling that there is something wrong with me because I am not a perfect weight and it clouds everything I do. I struggle promoting a health business because I am a big girl and so feel like I am a hypocrite. My epiphany...there is nothing wrong with ME! Who I truly am is perfectly fine and I can still go out there and help others with the knowledge and practices I have. It's a good day and a fabulous life.
