Looks like the weather is going to cooperate tonight/tomorrow :) Looking forward to tomorrow's Slow Flow at the Lunenburg County Fitness Center. These slow, mindful practices are such a good way to connect the body with the breath as we start a new week. 9-10am. Free for LCFC members, or $11.50 to drop in. Punch cards available for 5 or 10 classes, and each punch is good for a day pass at the gym too!... Blocks, straps, and mats are available on site, if you need them. See you there!

I was just driving in Lunenburg, and roads are quite slippery. With the snow forecast to continue for a few hours, we'll have to cancel today's class at the Lunenburg County Fitness Center. Stay cozy, everyone, and I'll see you next week!

With 2020 only hours away, I am choosing to approach this new year with presence and awareness. No resolutions, no targets to strive for. Only a true appreciation of each moment. Happy New Year! May it be filled with peace, joy, and love.

After being away last weekend for Mindfulness in Schools training, I'm back at the Lunenburg County Fitness Center tomorrow morning at 9am for a slow Vinyasa flow. With the busyness that we all face this time of year, taking an hour to slow down is such a welcome start to the week. Looking forward to seeing you there.
