Hello December! We’ve started the month with full moon energy and an eclipse. Do you feel it? The energy is more powerful with the eclipse. Focus on what you are ready to let go of, old patterns that no longer serve you, baggage that you’re tired of carrying around. Think about how you are communicating with self, with others, within your community. Prepare for things coming to light, a turn of events and an emotional reset. What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese term for a metaphysical healing practice. The word Reiki, if simply translated, means life force energy. Reiki is an exchange of energy between someone who has learned about and been attuned by a Reiki Master and a recipient who is open to receive the energy exchange.
