From an existing custom code base, we've re-skinned the overall look and feel; and added an extensive amount of backend functionality that includes custom hooks for payment processing, real-time counters and analytics, exportable reporting - in additional to a well-designed registration portal for parents and campers. With attention to every detail, we're looking forward to watching Ontario's largest French summer camp grow with the technology we've provided.

When the Ontario election call came on May 2, we were already preparing a pop-up digital call centre for a campaign office in Toronto! Using TSI 15/10 DSL, 20 Aastra phones, and an Asterisk-based digital system, Healix installed then provided remote support for the phones throughout the campaign.. approximately 1100-2500 calls per day. The total cost savings were significant, the sound quality was excellent. All 20 phones were able to dial out simultaneously, and incoming nu...mbers could be designated to groups of phones as needed. Most importantly, with the digital phones now proven, the system can be used again for future campaigns.
