Working on creating a page for all my friends and family out there. Hopefully one day some followers . Starting this September I will be part of a Fitness and Health program. This is the initial reason working on having a page up and running. My life had taken a bit of a career change, and I happen to be excited to chase this new journey! A page like this will help boost my new career path. We will see where it may lead.
I thought I might try and add something a little different to my page. Once a month I will add an article I will write with information I have gathered from reliable sources. I will cite the content, as well as provide references from the informative articles. The first month topic I chose will be " Weightloss: cardio vs weights ". I would also like to have input from everyone on topics they might be curious about. These topics will be made note of, and one will be chosen at random every month for me to write an article on.
Leg day - been a few days since my last uploaded workout video. Here is one of a workout I did this evening. Worked till 10 pm so lighting is not the best.
Did my week final week 4 chest training this morning, and was able to squeeze in my own made custom core workout this afternoon. Feel free to try this at home.. you will feel tightening in your core quick if you do this 20 min workout daily.
Shoulder training, split recordings.
Personal Rep/Record 195 lb dead lift. Still a ways to go for my training before I start the competitions, luckily I have another half year to train.
