Tis’ the season for soup. Tonight's dinner is Vietnamese Pho (pronounced fuh - yes we'll keep reminding you ). It's super easy to make and feels so comforting and nourishing. Tonight we were lazy so we bought Heart & Bone, bone broth, whisked in genmai miso (in place of hoison sauce, this way we get our daily does of fermented food), organic sriracha, thinly sliced grass-finished beef and noodles. We opt for a low carb alternative, so we made it wit...h Better Than Noodles konjac noodles. Topped it with some fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lemon and viola, dinner is served.
