What to expect on your initial consultation with Health is Bliss. With over 13 years experience as a Holistic Nutritionist, I combine all my modalities and clinical practice to help heal the body so it can become stronger. I Implement protocols which encompass teaching the basics of nutrition and how it effects the bodily functions.... I use Live blood Analysis as a tool to observe what is creating your imbalances within the body. From here, I design a plan which includes changes in nutrition, hydration, supplements and/or homeopathic supplements to support you through this process. Monthly checkins are suggested to adjust your protocol as your body works to heal and regenerate. Initial office consultations are best, we can also meet over Zoom, FaceTime or telephone.

When working from home and sitting at your desk, remember to drink your water throughout the day and move your body for a minimum of 15 min. Drinking water helps with memory, mood and energy. Moving your body helps alleviate stress, promotes blood flow and clears your mind.... Let me know what you do to move your body.... How much water do you drink?????
