We are moving along in time and each person is having to decide what comes next. Some people are back to work, some are looking for work, and some people need to continue more isolated. How are you feeling? As you just think about that one question, allow some space and time to give it thought. Maybe write about your responses. Do you feel some angst, anxiety, confusion, sadness or other emotion that you have been pushing down? It is OK to still be unsettled with all that has and is happening. It is also OK to acknowledge any of your thoughts and feelings. Once you can see them on paper, you can decide to allow them to rest or if something needs attention make a plan. What is happening for you right now? What are you feeling?
