Let's talk about simple tips to keep our feet healthy... -Wash your feet often... -Dry them up thoroughly, specially between toes, moisture can lead to skin breakdown and growth of fungus in these warm areas of foot -Massage your feet and legs to improve blood circulation -Cut your toe nails on time. As toenail grow longer they tend to grow inward and this is painful. -Wear proper fitting footwear. Never buy footwear that is tight on your feet. You should have enough room to wiggle your toes when you buy a new footwear. -Wear socks but remember to take them off for periods of time when you are home, so they can breathe! -Visit your foot care provider if you have any concern!
