I've honestly have stepped away for yoga for a little while, this whole covid thing honestly scared me!! But now that its getting colder outside people are finished holidays and life is going back to normal.... who really needs to find themselves again?? Whose interested in classes again??? Ill be teaching meditation for anxiety and depression how to handle it and beginners yoga.... if I get enough interest for the fort Saskatchewan area ill make it happen
