Today, I had the pleasure to speak on the BellaNaija clubhouse room as a panelist about Imposter Syndrome and overcoming it. I shared that we need to visit the REASONS why we tell ourselves what we do . That we need to RESHAPE our mindset and abolish our LIMITING BELIEFS . ( read that again ) If you have thoughts of growth , you want to do something new ..maybe a personal or professional aspect , then DO IT ! ... TRUST YOUR INSTINCT. Alignment is KEY ! Are you serving ? Are you adding value to yourself and others ? Are you living in PURPOSE? Are you doing something you are good at but not fulfilling something you are GREAT at? We need to put a STOP to fear of being a ‘FAILURE‘. Failing is not Failure ! Face the blockage , feel your emotion and be open to what’s next ? There are no closed doors so long as you’re alive , there are only REDIRECTIONS So if you or someone you know needs to hear it , then live in purpose and share this message with them. Visualize your next move and manifest it . WRITE DOWN your AFFIRMATIONS, DRAW that VISION BOARD And start with INTENTION Be your own SUPERHERO In health always Joudi
Hère is my tip if the day ! If you aren’t a fan of salads but want to eat your veggies .. then try incorporating veggies into your favorite foods ! I ended up adding : Chopped parsley ... Cucumber Pickled peppers Tomatoes Black cumin seeds Halloumi cheese Onto my keto pizza dough ! It’s a must try !! BUT Where’s the recipe ? Perfected recipe coming soon
Keto Pizza night ? NOPE NOT CAULIFLOWER BASED !! Okay KETO isn’t for everyone and it’s not something I recommend a lot ..why? Because how sustainable is it? I’m not for FAD DIETS , I’m not for short term diets ! However , it’s okay to alternate ingredients to enjoy meals you love in a ...gut friendlier way (wheat if it’s not ancient and organic it ain’t your friend ! )...
