How would everyone feel about doing a "quiet book" project? We wouldn't be able to complete the whole thing, but we would be able to provide the supplies, and complete 1-2 pages as a group, and give ideas for you to complete it at home. We could consider this as a multi-day project if participants were interested but would have limited spaces. By now, you have all received your oral health kits. We wanna see the whole family working together on their oral habits. Send us a photo of you all brushing together, we want to see big smiles :D Remember, brushing alone is not enough, it takes a support system to create a healthy habit!

This week we are cooking together at NUP. The kids will be making Almond Meal Chocolate Chip Cookies. Almonds are a great source of Calcium. These cookies are easy to make and perfect for little helpers. Activities will be planned for the baking time, and we will all have a chance to taste our creations!
