Nicola Valley Aquatic Centre Reopens As of Monday, July 20th, 2020 the City of Merritt will be re-opening the Nicola Valley Aquatic Center (NVAC), as Phase 1 of the process. When the NVAC reopens, there will be some restrictions in place that are necessary to protect our team and patrons from the spread of COVID-19. These restrictions have been identified as necessary by Interior Health, WorkSafe BC, and the BC CDC.
