The best thing that I did for my health was contacting Cathy Bruce-West. At 45 years of age I had spent little or no time on staying healthy and it showed. I was eighty pounds overweight and little enery at the end of my day. My first meeting with Cathy I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism, I felt comfortable with her instructions. My strength ,cardio, and flexibility improved drastically and dropping six dress sizes was a nice added benefit.My new fitness levels has allowed me to compete at the canadian Masters Championships with my sister, something I thought impossible two years ago.
