I had a blast this morning with @emkfit and her guitar hero hiit (dance ish) workout. I used to say I can’t dance, which is bs, I actually think I have rhythm. And even if I don’t- it doesn’t f*cking matter! And I could say it’s because you can’t see me, but the biggest thing is that I don’t care what you think of me. Hahahahaha... That’s partially true. I’m mean, I’m working on it I’m human, unfortunately, we are programmed to fear judgement. Maybe it’s because we heard the adults gather around us as children and talk smack about the neighbours. Anyways... Do what makes you feel good! Dance like no one (or everyone) is watching!

I often show you the less healthy meals I eat, because, well- they look more interesting. And people like a delicious looking meals This is a salad. I would argue it still looks delicious...... But not necessarily a drool worthy #yummy Instagram image. But I wouldn’t want you to think I only ever eat the delicious creamy pasta dishes, I definitely don’t. Most of the time I’m thinking about how I can add more vegetables to a meal. Pre my weight loss journey, I never paid attention to that stuff. Now, it’s so habitual to fill half my plate with veggies. always. I’m always thinking about what veggies I can add to the dish. Okay, my point...my point. 80-90% of the time I eat food that is as close to nature as possible. Meaning... Little to no processing It is the only ingredient or I know what all of the ingredients are I find them on the outskirts of the grocery store They go bad if you don’t eat them fast enough It’s about balance. If I were to only eat that way all of the time, it wouldn’t be sustainable. But, because of the balance, I eat the fun stuff, within reason! What’s your balance?
