Words from my dearest Shadi today. Accept death so we can live. I woke up this morning and saw a facebook memory picture from 5 years ago of my little ponkie boy cat who I had to let go of. I could feel him so deeply still in my heart. Some pain from missing him, some Guilt. I allow myself to feel it all and release it. Later in day, in the kitchen, my grandmother Helene spirit comes to me. She jokes with me and tell me t’es fou toi! Translated you crazy you ... She loved to tease me and tell me this. A memory of us dancing together wild and free in her living room , dancing to ABBA from her colorful jukebox that lit up. I put on Some Abba music on in her memory, and closed my eyes and danced and imagined her there with me. The memory of us dancing together so vivid. I missed her so much. I can hear her voice whisper to me, my angel keep dancing , keep singing. More feeling through my heart. I release the tears. Past life lover, separated from Death, ancestral memories and visions, and feelings, returning for me to feel , forgive, unconditional love, purify!! And as day continues...I learn my Cat in canada is gone. More feeling through my heart. Memories coming up to feel, to heal, to cleanse, to liberate, bringing us back to the valuable present moment more fully. Allow the wild nature to be Wild! What comes up celebrate even if it feels heavy on the heart. Feel it. Be grateful to feel, to heal, to cleanse, to ascend! It’s all beautiful. Either meditate and discover your innermost core that is one way or dance and sing to abandonment lose yourself in joy so totally that you are no more there only the dance is, the song is that is another way of discovering you will discover the same coin but from different aspects buddha discovered through meditation meera discovered through dance these are the two fundamental roots because these are the two sides of your inner being and one is as valid as the other i have no... special preference for either so I leave my sannyasins to choose it is not very difficult to choose either one has just to ponder over one's likings if you love silence if you love aloneness if you love just to be within yourself if you want and desire to forget the whole world and all its worries if you feel the world is too much with you then meditation is your way. if you enjoy people, relationship, love company, friends, music, dance, celebration if you enjoy the vast universe around you and it makes you rejoice; it is not tiring it is not exhausting, but rejuvenating then bliss is your way and each person has to decide for himself. both are valid means one is not higher than the other both reach the same goal so it is only a question of individual liking. before one starts the journey one should decide which is one's way because sometimes it can happen in fact it happens many times it happens more often than it should happen that people choose the opposite because the opposite has a certain attraction it is just as a man is attracted towards a woman a woman is attracted towards a man the negative and the positive electric poles are attracted towards each other the opposite has a certain attraction beware of that because if you choose the opposite you will be in trouble, you will never be at ease so rather than looking at the attraction of the opposite look at your own liking your own nature your own functioning.

Sometimes we have to pass through some very difficult moments to wake up us to change. I tried to google search some Updated news on the amazon rainforest fires today, and had to search through a dozen of google amazon shop before finding something relevant. How symbolic. That amazon shopping is more significant to the masses than the sacred amazon rainforests. All the beautiful nature, plant medicines, indigenous tribes, wild life it homes, breath of life, freedom, oxygen. These flames are not just flames from a distant place. These forests hold promises of planetary health and freedom. I pray this awakens something profound In the collective and within each one of us. Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. I know in today’s world we are conditioned to believe that success comes from hard work. And I’ve observed myself over and over again being stuck In this false conditioning and being bombarded by false messages on billboards, social media, business and even spiritual coaches with noisy overly ambitious messages. That perpetuate capitalistic mindset. In my experience of life it has been the opposite. When ever I tried to plan too hard ,with too much effort, strategizing, thi...s actually blocked things to flow to me. In love, work, or just simple day plans. All good that has arrived for me came when I softened, trusted, centered myself in my heart, put out some intentions and allowed the bounty of the universe to flow through me , with minimum effort. All my memorable noteworthy successes came with minimum effort. Today, Observe how nature is successful and allow all old rat race programming to melt away like a dream Mantra I accept and expect abundance to flow easily to me. Angels ate real and here with us on earth, assisting us on our journey. I was travelling yesterday in the North a little bit off grid in the mountains. I had gotten off the wrong bus stop and was still quiet a distance from my destination. It was the last bus running for the night. It was dark, I was in a remote part of a druize village called Jat. And could not get a map on my cell to load. A surreal moment, i started to get light headed, I asked for an angel to help, and ...a car passed me and 2 angels brought me like a dream to the door of my destination. This morning, I woke up and went on an adventure. I was curious to explore a charming druize village called yanuth, that I had seen on the bus ride coming here, wishing to find my way back to visit. I was waiting for a bus , that didn’t work out so well, an hour passed and no bus had appeared and the sun was strong and I had not eaten. Again I wished for angel to Help. A kind soul man named Allah stopped to help and brought me to a beautiful spot with delicious home cooked authentic druize food, and also took me to his bakery and shared bread and pastries and I got to see the village Yanut and and was returned where I was staying. Like a dream. It all happened so beautifully, effortlessly. Without pushing, without stressing, without controlling the circumstance, as I surrendered with love, divine assistance was there. What a day full of gifts! Later in day I got to share the breads and pastries with community friends. Thank you, Allah! Thank you kind lady in the restaurant, and thank you Tamar and Amnon for sharing with me your magical fairy yurt! Thank you Adama
