It has been a long time since I posted here. I miss connecting and sharing with you all! I am 59 this year, married with a wonderful man and a lovely, smart daughter. Exogenous Ketones have really helped me in many ways. I get better sleep and my sinus headaches "seem" to have disappeared. The ketones substitute for glucose which the brain prefers. As a result, I am sharper and have more focus without the brain fog of the past. When I got back into working out, my workouts... and recovery was much more like younger days.My wrists and joints are no longer sore. My menopause symptoms became less and then I noticed my clothing was not as tight. I was already eating "keto like" and had been experimenting over the last few years with Paleo and Isagenix systems. I did not eat breads, sugars or dairy (cheese and eggs excepted). Now, I have weekend cheats and alcohol if I desire.I do notice that sugar and carb cravings are less. Life is good and I love myself. I am fine with my body and my health is the center of everything as I age. I am happier. Generally, I fast until 11:30 or so on weekdays and don't feel the bloat. I have a much better relationship with food. As I sit at a desk, sometimes I eat out of boredom. Ketones help with suppressing the appetite as well as making better choices. Along with water and sensible eating (not starvation), I will continue to share ketones with everyone I meet. This is the anti-aging of the future. Come jump aboard.

Of course, you could add core and back should you wish but this should give you a general idea. One exercise I struggle with done properly is the lunge so I will research that to post here. Who has some good routines for beginners!
With every good nutritional diet is complimented with moderate exercise. Women in particular should not be afraid of lifting weights. Stay tuned for a workout everyone can do. REMEMBER the 10 minutes rule if you don't feel like doing anything. Just say, I will give it 10 minutes and I will bet you will continue your plan!
