If you read my posts from time to time, do yourself a favor and READ this one. It could change or even save a life. Im in tears right now and so proud of this b...eautiful woman who, has come so far in her journey. It is a palpable feeling of joy. She has exceeded the expectation I set for her and now she is inspiring others by her honesty. She continues to thank ME, but Im the one who is thanking HER for being so vulnerable and genuine. Like the greatest Savage sisters who came before her like, Lori Harder Alicia Marie and hundreds more, her "outer beauty" does NOT tell the story SHE tells it with her intelligence, her honesty and her grace. Nicole Cohen-Matthews, you are a LIFE CHANGER.here are HER words. "I woke up with the feeling of gratitude today and felt so blessed to be a part of the Isagenix Celebration weekend. I had several moments when the tears came flowing down my cheeks. So much of what was said by the speakers hit home. It takes courage to come out of the darkness in our lives and find a way to break the chains. Without going into too much detail, at the age of 21 I didn't want to be here anymore. I prayed that God would come get me and free me from this earth. Waking up was the hardest thing to do because I had to look at myself everyday and I dreaded my reflection. I spent 7 years of my life believing that I would never amount to anything and I would always be a chubby mess. I was a horrific bulimic. The disease got so bad, I ended up with 18k in dental work and a Hiatal Hernia between my throat and esophagus. My system was so shot, I couldn't even metabolize food anymore. I remember thinking, I will never be beautiful or love myself. It's too late. We all have sliding doors in our life. These doors are life changers. I have had several but my most recent sliding door was the choice to join Cathy Savage and her team. In just a few short months, my life is taking yet another turn. I use to dream of being happy and living a purposeful life. I use to pray that I might be lucky enough to experience it. I use to wonder if I had any gifts at all. I didn't know but I do now. I am living in my purpose and each day I get to help others do the same! Whatever your dreams are and no matter how big they seem, keep dreaming and keep pushing. Dreaming kept me alive and questioning my desire to leave this place. Without them there was no light in my life. I really wanted to share my thoughts today and relay what's burning inside of me! Below is a photo that was taken when I was the saddest I had ever been and next to it, a photo of Cathy and I from last night! On fire today!! Let's keep fighting for a beautiful life!
