The winter season is a time to go within and reflect. These days I feel a strong urge to declutter and purge on a physical, mental and emotional level. And a lot of emotions (especially sadness and grief) and very old memories are surfacing in the process which can be uncomfortable. I found that breathing through the heart and focusing on its attributes is very helpful. This is called "Heart Centered Mediation". Just put your hands in the middle of your chest and repeat to yourself silently or out loud these 4 words: Peace, Light, Compassion and Unconditional Love. Stay with each one as long as you need. You can do this anytime or as part of a daily morning ritual. Sharing this with you as it can help and much love to all of you in your life journey
