Hello Friends and Colleagues. It has been a long year with many ups and downs. My focus has been primarily on supporting clients with their mental and spiritual health in troubled timesas well as tending to my own health needs. I'm looking forward to launching a little promotion for my business in the next couple of weeks, including a 45-minute Introductory Health Coaching Session and a unique snail mail gift. I’m in the Interior visiting family for the Thanksgiving weekend, and the cool rain today is glorious and refreshing. I ended up going for the same walk twice, the first time on my own and the second with two family members. I love how one of the points made in this short piece is that we are able to see problems from new perspectives when we give ourselves the time out for a rain walk. So soothing... renewing...
