It was amazing to be part of this event and hear from women leaders in Haiti, Malawi and Peru about both the challenges they face and the ways they are helping improve the lives of women and girls.

Heart-Links' projects committee met last night to review the plans our partners in Peru have laid out for 2021 and how Heart-Links can best accompany and support them in the coming year. The volunteers who sit on this committee do this work because they, like our partners in Peru and our donors in Canada, are committed to creating a more just world. As Helen Keller once said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."
