We screwed up on Wednesday. The offering was advertised as "Pineapple Pork Roast". Our supplier sent us Ham Roast Shoulders and we didn't catch on to the... substitution until we had finished cooking the Roasts. Too late to do anything about it, we put the meals out and let our customers know. [They tasted great but were not what was advertised]. We feel terrible and want to make it up to those who ordered the Pineapple Pork. We have a Log of everyone who ordered the dish. In order to make this right, in a few weeks time we will again offer Pineapple Pork Roast and for everyone who ordered the dish this week, they can get the same number or portions "Gratis". This is the best way we can think of to make up for the mistake. Jim and Jodie
