That moment when you read someone’s words and just go YES!! THAT’S IT! (Thank you Glennon Doyle, ~Untammed) This is what I strive for in my life and what I hope to help guide my clients towards (if it resonates with them) as well. Each time we chose to let go and release we allow versions of ourselves to essentially die off. We shed these old selves or beliefs we had added long ago to our beings in order to keep us safe. ... Each time we are in allowance of this process, we move closer to our truest and most authentic selves. Our healing and personal growth is an ongoing process that really never ends. And that may seem daunting.... but healing is a skill that everyone can experience and learn. Soooo super excited to have graduated my first two Access Bars students today!!!! The Bars is an amazing treatment that is SO easy to learn and can create massive change in your life and the lives of those you share it with! At the very least, when you have your Bars run, you will feel as relaxed as if you’d had a fabulous massage . At BEST, your whole life can change! Sounding kinda good? Sounding kinda fun?
