HEAT It UP

Weil Mclain high efficiency boiler installed with Wortex Zone Box for 1st, 2and and 3rd floor. Also installed extra manifold for some steel radiators in new addition.

Furnace and air conditioner installed by the builder 15 years ago were removed today. Lennox high efficiency furnace, cased A coil and one stage air conditioner installed to provide comfort in this home. Also installed new return drop and boot, MAC media filter, humidifier, drains and gas line.

For the last 80 years this home never had air conditioning till couple of weeks ago when new home owner decided to install an air conditioning system. Space Pack Air Handler installed on the attic of the house, with Lennox condenser, new ductwork, thermostat, refrigeration lines, power, drains, safeties, etc. Ready for summer!!

Old 35 years old boiler, 2 water heaters removed , and all the piping and control wiring organized. Installed a High efficiency condensing Weil Mclain boiler to provide the space heating of the house and AquaPlus indirect storage tank for domestic purpose. With the new equipment installation, the customer not just got more efficient equipment, also more space in the furnace room to locate his laundry area. Win Win.
