Weekly stats give us a head start on upcoming trends. Another week of gains in sales volume (6-week streak) and posted conditional sales continue to keep the market moving up. New listings are up again, which will help keep the sales momentum.... Who's buying what? $150,000 - $299,900 is the sweet spot with approx 70 % of the sales market. What's the big deal? 1 bedroom | 1 bath condo with underground Title parking for $148,500. Big Bucks? One XL condo in Mission sold for $750K. Foreclosures - 4 sales last week, and prices were from $153K - $275K. 2020 April to May - Overall, sales volume was up along with new listings and inventory levels. Average days on the market are continuing to stretch out from 64 days in April to 67 in May. The Benchmark Price is down ($1,800), but no drastic changes.
