Foreclosures - 4 sales last week, and prices were from $153K - $275K. 2020 April to May - Overall, sales volume was up along with new listings and inventory levels. Average days on the market are continuing to stretch out from 64 days in April to 67 in May. The Benchmark Price is down ($1,800), but no drastic changes.
