Oooo, goodness I like this one. To all the parents out there, and to the kids. To the creatives who made a piece of art this year. To the people who were alone, who lost someone, to anyone who made it this far. Damn, we’re doing good. Thank you, @stacieswift
My six year old made an Apple phone. I said I wasn’t going to do goals for 2021 but maybe I’ll try to lighten up on the devices. Happy New Year, everyone!!
Merry Christmas everyone. This year, I’m trying to remember how lucky I am to live in a beautiful country. I’ll be getting outside with my kids as much as I can over the next little while. I hope you can find some joy and comfort in the last few days of 2020 with so much new hope that 2021 will be better. (It better be!!)
Hey everyone! I'm reviving my newsletter. It's going to be a weekly email about books, articles, writer-type stuff, and a hint of positivity because that's how I'm rolling in 2021. If it sounds good to you, sign up here: eepurl.com/deEtGf
Thank goodness because today hurt. #tomorrowisanewday
The pandemic isn’t over just because we’re tired of it. Might I suggest a book instead? (Seriously though. Wash your hands, wear a mask, keep some distance, please don’t have parties... and read a book!) Via @allcharacterswanted on Instagram.
Keeping a watchful eye on her mini humans.
Not a lick of makeup but that’s one slick brow. Feeling like a new woman!
Yes, this will do just fine, says Zoey the Bouvier.
On how I'm feeling about the long summer ahead with my three children.
I have been to one store and one drive through in 7 weeks.
So thankful to be able to walk by the blue space. Science has shown that being by water is good for body and your mind. Do what you can to take care of yourself right now. #thebluespace
Was feeling a bit worried this morning (how unusual!) and decided to write it out. Now I'm going to walk in the sunshine with my dog and my girls. (Away from everyone else, of course.) Check in on those kids, everyone. They're amazing little beings.
One day more... We can do this, guys!
This was written by a friend and I love it. Right now, I'm just going to sit here and think about all the things I'll do when all of this is over. Because it will be over at some point, and that's what's keeping me going.
I'm still here! Attempting to write in the early morning hours, working from home during the day, keeping the kids busy and active. I usually have zero left for social media after all that. BUT - I'm all about stockpiling and sharing good thoughts, cute animal videos and BOOKS of course! What are you reading right now? I'd love to add some things to my (rapidly declining) TBR pile.
Thank you to Proud Happy Mama for sharing my words today!
I've been getting up at 4 am to write during the week for just about 5 months now. But when I looked into it, I found some conflicting advice on whether or not this was a good idea!
