Authenticity and vulnerability is hard! Wow this one took me a while! When I first started in real estate I felt like I needed to dress a certain way, drive a certain car and fit into the mold. I remember literally making jokes about how I would have to dip into my tickle trunk to find an outfit for a listing presentation.... Fast forward a few years (maybe 10) and the world has changed...and so have I. Now I am just me. I no longer dress up or wear 3 piece suits to my client meetings. You just get me! I don’t want to present anything that I am not. I want my clients to feel comfortable and at ease and know that the person representing them is who they say they are - not a dressed up version of what the old school world thinks a real estate agent should be. It is hard for me to share on social media, but I do so that people can see who I am for real, and what working with me would be like. Now with me, what you see is what you get and I am so happy with that!

To end a crazy chaotic year, here are the numbers for the City of Toronto The condo market started recovering in December with a huge jump in sales of 75% year over year! All home sales were up an average of 62%. ... Homes are lasting a little longer on the market at an average of 29 days. Freehold prices held fairly steady while condo prices dipped in the latter half of the year. Here we go 2021!!
