This week had been a busy week, but it was all worth it because it meant learning more to support my clients in Real Estate. At the beginning of the week, I attended AMP which is a program offered by Coldwell Banker to help Achieve Maximum Productivity. I am so proud to be working for a company that supports agents and promotes collaboration in learning. At the end of the week, I received a CNE designation which makes me a Certified Negotiations Expert. We learned about how it is our job as a realtor to listen and be informed in order to help our clients have the best experience possible. It is our job to get the deal done! I SOLD MY FIRST HOUSE!!! I am very excited to have accomplished this within 2019. When I became a realtor back in April people kept on asking me how many houses I wanted to sell in my first year. The number was 3, but I didn't know how I was going to do that. Well getting the first house out of the way with the most incredible clients feels great. The best part is knowing my clients are going to be happy in their new home. With the help of Steven, the process was seamless. 1 down 2 more to go by the end of April is my goal and I am looking forward to it.
