Good morning and Happy Sunday! The sun is shining so brightly today! It is like we never even had a winter this year! I will take a winter and spring like this ANYDAY!! I came across this quote the other day and it really got me thinking! It really is our thoughts that drive us! Ask yourself today what binds, limits or controls you, and lets all make changes to those false beliefs that are stopping us from being the best that we can be!... Nothing binds you except your thoughts. Nothing limits you except your fear. So let nothing control you except your beliefs!!!.Marianne Williamson Here is my Block Therapy Skype class schedule for the upcoming week of Monday March 29 to April 4, 2021.. * Monday March 29: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm - CALVES AND FEET (Yay!) * Wednesday March 30: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm - HALF AND HALF * Thursday April 1: 10:00 am - 11:30 am - CORE AND BACK * Sunday April 4: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm - NECK AND FACE Let’s change these limitations and binding thoughts into positive ones, and let that be our beliefs that control us from now on..!

Hello Sunday! Every day I look around and see what is right in front of me, but rarely do I actually really see just what I have and what it took to get there. It is a very humbling moment when we can actually take the time and reflect on what we have accomplished, and I don’t mean the material objects in our world, but the journey and life lessons that we conquered, to be who we are today. Take a moment today and give yourself a pat on the back for all that you have accompli...shed to get here, in this moment! Here is my Block Therapy Class Schedule for the upcoming week of Monday March 22 to Sunday March 28, 2021.. * Monday March 22: 7:00 - 8:30 pm - HALF AND HALF * Wednesday March 24: 6:30 - 8:00 pm - CORE * Thursday March 25: 10:00 - 11:30 am - HEAD NECK AND ARMS * Sunday March 28: 2:00 - 3:30 pm - PELVIS AND LEGS This week, take a moment each day to be proud of YOU and who you have become, being grateful for the journey that brought you here! Enjoy!

Happy Sunday Everyone! Sometimes we can be so guilty of running on autopilot, so much that we miss the intricacies of our journeys that are presented to us each and every moment, and each and every day! Let’s take a moment today and reflect on our previous week, and think of all the wonderful, beautiful, positive things that happened and be grateful to have have been given the opportunity to experience it! What stands out most in my week, last week, is the most amazing experi...ence with my first Canine Clients. My Great Dane Shepherd was my real first canine client, and this is who Deanna speaks of in her latest book, but these two little Miniature Greyhound sisters, welcomed the opportunity to have me give them 2 Fluid Isometrics treatments, each. It was amazing to see the change in each of them after their first treatment. The second treatment just left them like putty in my hands! Simply amazing! The love that exuded from them was immense, and I will remember those moments, with them, forever! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work on these two little gems! Here is my Block Therapy Schedule for the week of Monday March 15 to Sunday March 21, 2021 * Monday March 15: 7:00 - 8:30 pm - PELVIS AND LEGS (version of) * Wednesday March 17: 6:30 - 8:00 pm - HANDS NECK AND JAW * Thursday March 18: 10:00 - 11:30 am - PELVIS AND LEGS * Sunday March 21: 2:00 - 3:30 pm - CORE Even the most littlest of intricacies can be the most powerful! Let’s be grateful!!

Good morning everyone, This winter has been an absolute blessing. The unnatural warm temperature was such a nice break for us as we are in the thick of this pandemic. One of the fears I had this winter was having to stand in line outside in order for us to pick up the essentials we need. The weather made that pretty easy to tolerate! Because of the warmer weather, and yesterday was such a beautiful day, while walking my furry baby, I looked up and saw the most beautiful thing.... A flock of geese making their way back to their pond in my neighbourhood. It doesn’t even seem like they have been gone for very long, and seeing this just warmed my heart. Welcome home!!! Here is my Block Therapy Class schedule for the upcoming week of Monday March 8 to Sunday March 14, 2021. * Monday March 8: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm - DIGESTION * Wednesday March 10: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm - PELVIS AND LEGS * Thursday March11: 10:00 am - 11:30 pm - CORE AND BACK * Sunday March 14: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm - HEAD NECK AND ARMS Watch for, and be aware of, all the wildlife coming back for spring and welcome them home. Spring always feels like a fresh start!

Good morning! I have to laugh at myself sometimes at some of the little games I play with myself while I go about my day, to help keep a positive outlook on life. One of these things, that I will share, is while I am driving. Although I am not driving nearly as much as in past, I still like to look at the licence plate on the vehicle in front of me and make up positive words with the letters. For example JBH is quite common and I can’t tell you how often I see this. Also com...es in different orders HJB.my interpretation is JUST BELIEVE HEATHER, HEATHER JUST BELIEVE. It is an awesome way to put a smile on your face and keep you in the moment. And it is amazing what words come to you to keep you entertained! One rule..only positive words are allowed!! My own licence plate which I had just changed last year, as the MPI clerk held some up for me to choose, the first one she held up was KLEI immediately said I would take that oneKEEP LOVING EVERYBODY!! Have fun! Here is my Block Therapy Class schedule for the upcoming week of Monday March 1 to Sunday March 7, 2021.. * Monday March 1: 7:00 - 8:30 pm - NECK AND FACE * Wednesday March 3: 6:30 - 8:00 pm - CORE (version of) * Thursday March 4: 10:00 - 11:30 am - HALF AND HALF * Sunday March 7: 2:00 - 3:30 pm - PELVIS AND LEGS Have some fun while you drive this week! Pay attention to the number of times you can make yourself smile!

Happy Sunday! This has really been an awesome stretch of fantastic weather here in Winnipeg so far. I can’t remember what it is like now, to be in -28+ degree weather. This has been amazing! One thing that I made a promise to myself about, for this new year, is to read more! I had been feeling so caught up in the activities around the world that escaping into a book, has been extremely refreshing. Helping with that quiet time that we all need to find, sometimes. I have read t...his book before in past, and this time, it is really making sense. More so than ever!! It is called The Untethered Soul. Deepak Chopra’s comment on this book was Read this book carefully and you will get more than a glimpse of eternity. The book is so simply stated, and I highly recommend this read!! Here is my Block Therapy Schedule for the upcoming week of Monday January 11 to Sunday January 17, 2021. * Monday Jan 11: 7:00 - 8:30 pm - HALF UPPER/ HALF LOWER * Wednesday Jan 13: 6:30 - 8:00 pm - NECK AND FACE * Thursday Jan 14: 10:00 - 11:30 am: - HANDS, NECK AND JAW * Sunday Jan 17: 2:00 - 3:30 pm - CALVES AND FEET A new year of focussing on Mind, Body and Spirit Enjoy your week!

Let’s make this an incredible New Year! This coming week, take time to reflect on things that you possibly could have done differently, things that maybe you learned from in past, and maybe even things we will never do again! A few months ago, I passed by a sign that had said Forget the mistake..Remember the lesson! I found this quite profound as so few words ended up being so powerful to me! We are constantly being tested to see if we figure things out, and if not, we ju...st have to keep trying until we do pass, and learn from that! Becoming more aware is key to this, and the more we pay attention to that awareness the happier and kinder we can all be. Filling our hearts with greater happiness is what we need, which in turn, gets sent out into the Universe, and then returns back to us, twofold! When things get difficult, take a step back and ask yourself what am I supposed to be learning here? Focus on the lesson! It is not really about what happens to us in our lives, it is, however, about what we learn from that! Here is my Block Therapy class schedule for January 4 to January 10, 2021. *Monday Jan 4: 7:00 - 8:30 pm - HEAD, NECK, & ARMS *Wednesday Jan 6: 6:30 - 8:00 pm - PELVIS AND LEGS (version of) *Thursday Jan 7: 10:00 - 11:30 am - PELVIS AND LEGS *Sunday Jan 10: 2:00 - 3:30 pm - CORE Make this an incredible week of learning!

Good morning and Happy post Christmas, It is hard to believe that the end of the year has come and soon we will be into the New Year! If there has ever been a need for making New Year resolutions, I would like to think that this coming year in particular, would be a good time to take action on that! It has been a difficult, strange, horrible and anything else negative that comes to mind, for many, with this past year, but it does not need to continue like that. Making one o...f your Resolutions being one that strengthens your mind and spirit by being more positive and doing more things that you enjoy. Finding better, and healthier ways to get out of habits that have been created over the years. Switch things up by finding patterns in how we think, and do, and perhaps do the exact opposite, if what we were doing previously has not served us well. This is definitely one of my Resolutions I have made for myself for the New Year! Here is my Block Therapy Schedule for the coming week of Monday Dec 28 to NEW YEAR Sunday January 3rd, 2021. * Monday Dec 28: 7:00 - 8:30 pm - CALVES AND FEET * Wednesday Dec 30: 6:30 - 8:00 pm - CORE * Thursday Dec 31: 10:00 - 11:30 am - CORE AND BACK * Sunday Jan 3: 2:00 - 3:30 pm - NECK AND FACE Happy New Year and all the very best to an amazing 2021! Create NEW positive habits and let go of the one’s we have been continuing with, that has never really accomplished what we initially intended for them to do.

Good morning Everyone, Although Christmas may seem a little different this year for all of us, during this time in our lives, always remember that when we are all through with this horrible situation that we are experiencing, we will all be stronger because of it. Every hardship we experience helps to strengthen us and gives us the ability to tackle anything that comes our way! And when this is all over, then we can gather with family and celebrate being together. Merry Chri...stmas to all of you and your families! Wishing you all the very best! Stay strong, stay well! Here is my Block Therapy Skype class schedule for the week of Monday Dec. 21 to Sunday Dec.. 27, 2020.. * Monday Dec 21: 7:00 - 8:30 pm - DIGESTION (combo upper and lower) * Wednesday Dec 23: 6:30 - 8:00 pm - HEAD NECK AND ARMS * Thursday Dec. 24: 10:00 - 11:30 am - HANDS NECK AND FACE * Sunday Dec. 27: 2:00 - 3:30 pm - PELVIS AND LEGS MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!

We are midway through December and I got to thinking and remembering past years at this same time. Every year had me wrapped up in the crazy, hectic and chaotic lists of what needed to be done before Christmas. This year I am feeling very grateful to not be experiencing that same chaos. Taking time to allow myself to realize that everything on my to do list just makes time go by even faster than it already is. This year my to do list consists of ways of slowing down the s...peed of time, by making sure I fill my days with moments of relaxation, meditation (which Blocking is very good for) and journaling. I have found myself journalling lately because I want to re-read what I write down, so that I can see if I am staying positive in my thoughts. I only want to emit positive energy and this is a great way to stay that way! I am hoping to do this on a daily basis a little more regularly now, and keep an eye on myself! Here is my Block Therapy Class schedule for the upcoming week of Monday Dec 14 to Sunday Dec 20 * Monday Dec 14: 7:00 - 8:30 pm - CORE * Wednesday Dec 16: 6:30 - 8:00 pm - PELVIS AND LEGS * Thursday Dec 17: 10:00 - 11:30 am - VERSION OF PELVIS AND LEGS * Sunday Dec 20: 2:00 - 3:30 pm - CORE AND BACK Enjoy the rest of your weekend and week to come! Stay positive!

I am hoping that everyone is keeping well during this time! We need to take care of our body’s while we are going through this moment in time. Not only with exercise and activities that make us feel good but also nutritionally. Eating well balanced meals and avoiding unhealthy foods will affect how we feel. This gives aa new meaning to the phrase You are what you eat! When we make unhealthy choices it leads to feeling uncomfortable, lethargic, bloated or any of the numerous... negative issues that come with foods that don’t serve us. Nutrition really is a key element in our overall physical and mental health. Choose heathy, feel great!! Here is my Block Therapy Skype Class schedule for the upcoming week of Monday November 23 to Sunday November 29, 2020.. * Monday Nov 23: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm - CORE * Wednesday Nov 25: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm - PELVIS AND LEGS * Thursday Nov 26: 10:00 am - 11:30 am - PELVIS AND LEGS * Sunday Nov 29: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm- DIGESTIVE SYSTEM Wishing you all a healthy and happy Sunday!

Good morning Sunday! This past week I managed to walk through the Forest that is in my neighbourhood and what an amazing time that was, to spend with nature, and take time out of my busy schedule to actually enjoy time, as I am seeing more and more how quickly time is just buzzing by. I highly recommend going for long walks, and setting that time aside to just enjoy what beauty there is in our world. It took 2 and a half hours to walk through the forest and I didn’t even see ...the other side of it. It was wonderful! Take time out to be in nature and your spirit will thank you! Here is my Block Therapy Skype Class schedule for the upcoming week of Monday Nov 9 to Sunday Nov 15, 2020.. * Monday Nov 9: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm- HEAD NECK AND ARMS * Wednesday Nov 11: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm- CORE * Thursday Nov 12: 10:00 am - 11:30 am- CALVES AND FEET * Sunday Nov 15: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm- PELVIS AND LEGS During this week take some time out and get back into nature. It really is a wonderful feeling of freedom! Enjoy!

What a lovely, bright, calm, Sunday, after that incredible 80 km wind yesterday! Calmnow is the time to really focus on this sensation! Do what you can to bring this into your life! It is so important. Whether it is meditation, long walks, run, Block, whatever you need to do to keep your cells calm. Remember that we are the most powerful magnets in the Universe. We contain a magnetic power within that is more powerful than anything in this world, and this magnetic power is e...mitted through our thoughts. When we think in the chaotic state, we bring more of that into our individual world. Bring your cells to that level of calmness and calm will come back to you! If you would like to join in, here is my schedule for the upcoming week of Block Therapy. Monday November 2 to Sunday November 8, 2020. * Monday November 2: 7:00 - 8:30 pm- PELVIS AND LEGS * Wednesday November 4: 6:30 - 8:00 pm- HEAD NECK AND ARMS * Thursday November 5: 10:00 - 11:30 am- CORE * Sunday November 8: 2:00 - 3:30 pm- CORE AND BACK Welcome November! With this being the last week of October, and November right around the corner, we may not be able to get outside as much as the temperature is falling and the snow has been as well! But as we are indoors a little more often, remember to stay good to you. What I mean by this is that sometimes, when feeling a little cooped up, our Monkey Brain can sometimes kick in. Negative thought creeps in and sometimes even chaos. The last few weeks I had found myself thinking not as ...positively as I usually do, and then I remembered that our thoughts that we put out there, become us! Thankfully I didn’t let my monkey brain get to me, for too long, and woke this morning to a great sense of peacefulness, that I haven’t felt for a while. The chaos in this world right now is enough, don’t let our own thoughts get us, too! We become what we think, so turn that Monkey Brain around and think beautiful, cheerful, happy thoughts, and that will be what comes to you! Be GOOD to YOU! Here is my Block Therapy class schedule for the coming week of Monday October 26 to Sunday November 1, 2020. * Monday October 26: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm- CORE AND BACK * Wednesday October 28: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm- PELVIS AND LEGS * Thursday October 29: 10:00 am - 11:30 am- HEAD NECK AND ARMS * Sunday November 1: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm- NECK AND FACE Wishing everyone a wonderful week ahead!

Wow! I can’t believe that we are midway into November. Us Winnipeg people have had such incredible temperatures, unlike previous years where winter just seems to last forever! This is giving us a break from those long winter months. I think we were all wondering how it would be during our winter months and the virus among us! Thank you Universe, for what will feel like a shorter winter this year! Feeling grateful!! Here is my Block Therapy Skype Class schedule for Monday Nov...ember 16 to Sunday November 22, 2020. * Monday Nov 16: 7 - 8:30 pm - CALVES AND FEET * Wednesday Nov 18: 6:30 - 8 pm - DIGESTIVE SYSTEM * Thursday Nov 19: 10 - 11:30 am - HEAD NECK AND ARMS * Sunday Nov 22: 2 - 3:30 pm - NECK AND FACE Wishing everyone a wonderful week and enjoy these days of very low temperatures! Happy Sunday, I like it when the air is crisp like our Fall! After long hot summers it is a nice, refreshing time, let alone beautiful with all the different colours of Fall. I came across this saying the other day that almost completes all of the other things I have been saying over the past weeks, maybe months I can’t remember, but it goes something like this... Todaydo what others won’t, so that tomorrow you can accomplish what others can’t. It goes right along with be in the moment, for every moment of today creates the path for your tomorrow. Here is my Block Therapy SKype schedule for the upcoming week Monday Oct. 19- Sunday Oct 25, 2020 * Monday Oct. 19: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm- HEAD NECK AND ARMS * Wednesday Oct. 21: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm- CORE * Thursday Oct 22: 10:00 am - 11:30 am- PELVIS AND LEGS * Sunday Oct 25: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm- CALVES AND FEET The more Blocking you do the more things you can accomplish with ease, tomorrow! See you soon!

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I am hoping you are enjoying your weekend! Now is definitely the time to reflect and think of all the things in this past year that you are thankful for. Being grateful is one of life’s most precious gifts that we could ask for. When you embrace the feeling of gratefulness, all kinds of magical things can happen. When we go about our days, and do things with love and gratitude, only love and gratitude can be given to us! Trust me, it really can... be magical!
