Hedda Gabler

Janya Cambronero Severin came to our audition back in the spring. And we are so thankful that she did! she is one of the most hard worker woman we ever seen. Truly an inspiration. The amount of work she puts to this show has been huge, at the same time while doing the play she is been involved in lots of projects here in Vancouver and her native Sweden. Emilio Merritt remembers one time He called her and ask her are you sure you would be able to do the play. You are really... busy, and she said, with no hesitation YES!! I would work harder! And she did. Hedda Gabler may be the most difficult character to play by a woman. Great actresses had played her before. Casting Hedda was very tough. We are very grateful to life to bring Janya to our production. A beautiful, talented, smart actress. Emilio not only directed her but he shared the stage with her, as see in the picture below. I couldn’t be happier to have Janya as a scene parter, she’s a joy to be with on stage. Today is our last show, Saturday 14, 2019. We are closing! Sadly we are saying goodbye! Come to see us! Last weekend. We are closing the play and I have mix feeing.

One of the best voice coaches in Vancouver, amazing human being, experience talented actor and a joy to work with. Jeff Wyndham & Emilio Merritt, producers, feel incredibly honoured to have Trish Allen in the production of Hedda Gabler. She plays Aunt Julia with such amazing nuances. Truly an amazing actor. Seth Johnson is the youngest member of the production. His youth brings a new fresh take to the play. Seth is the blood of our show, runs through it until the last drop to... the end. The show wouldn’t be able to palpite with out him. Seth is very very talented. He is growing every day, learning and letting his talented unfold in front of us. You don’t want to miss these outstanding cast and you only have one more chance. Tomorrow, Friday 13th. We may be able to find you a couple of seats for closing night which is already sold out.
