My facebook memory yesterday was this post that I shared a year ago re: telehealth improving access to mental health services for Seniors. What stood out so much was the date, Feb 23, 2020, and that this was just weeks away from our Province and the rest of the world transitioning to Online/Telehealth Services due to the Pandemic.

February is Psychology month and a time to raise awareness about the role that Psychologists play in our lives. I am very honored to have Krista Martin, L.Psych as part of Heidi Sturgeon & Associates Online Therapy. Krista brings over twenty years experience as a Psychologist in Mental Health to her individual therapy sessions. Along with her knowledge and training Krista is also a genuine, warm and caring individual. Krista is currently seeing individual clients aged 18 and over across Atlantic Canada. She helps clients with anxiety, depression, trauma as well as a multitude of stressors that are impacting individuals due to our current Pandemic.
