Bit of a sore throat today....round 2 for these guys here we go!

Whole gang is here today! I’ve officially been taking these babies for a year! They have become such a huge part of my mental and physical health! I stopped for a while due to life stresses but have been back at it for a couple of weeks and I’m reminded why i love them! #wholefoodnutrition

First spin class since March!! Shake and capsules down the hatch! Day 1! Remember it’s always ok to start over again! It has not been a good few months for me, like many of us but as me, Gabe and Pauley get settled in our new city I’m excited to get back to my happy place!... What did you do today to make yourself feel good?? Plus it’s 23 degrees can’t complain!!
