The Pulla Lady

**Update - We need to order a new part for our oven and therefore do not know what day we will be baking again! I will let you know when we are up and running. It might not be until later this week! Hey Everyone! Due to our oven not functioning. There will be no Pulla/Finnish Coffee Bread in any of the stores today. Sorry about this but on the plus side our oven is in the process of getting fixed!

We are back from our holidays and there will be pulla back at the stores tomorrow (Wednesday). Hope everyone is doing well!

Hey Everyone! We will be taking holidays from February 2nd to February 17th, 2020! There will be Pulla back in the stores on the 18th! Thank you everyone for your support and buying local!

Yes, we do make cakes! Here is a collection of some of my work while in MB and in Thunder Bay! I have done wedding cakes and all occasion cakes! We do everything from a tradition Finnish Sponge Cake with Whipping Cream and Fruit to Vanilla and Chocolate Cakes with custard and buttercream!

Hey Everyone! My daughter (Outi) and I (Birgit) will be starting up making Pulla again, after Heikki’s passing. Thank you for your patience during this time and for letting us get organized. There will be Pulla available at Maltese and Renco Foods on Court St. tomorrow. There will be Pulla in the next couple days at Country Fresh Meats on Dawson Rd. and at European Meats on Carrick. We will be starting up the Rye Bread next week. We will also be starting our Christmas baking and we will also make cakes. Outi will be posting her portfolio of cakes up in the coming days.
