This week we be featuring Fig & Pear Toast, Bad Dog sourdough, black mission fig compote, roasted pear, toasted walnut, almond ricotta. Did you know Figs are rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and copper. They are a good source vitamins A and K that contribute to health and wellness.... Not that anyone needs another reason to love figs. Yum

Wednesday, August 26, 2020 Dear Heirloom Family, We are excited to tell you We’re back in business y’all [kinda ]! Heirloom West 12th will be re-opening Thursday, August 27. We will be open for limited seating and take-out.... We have reviewed our protocols with the Public Health Authorities and have been reassured that it is safe to re-open. It won’t necessarily be business as usual, so appreciate your patience with us during this time. Since the exposure, our staff have been monitoring themselves and no one is exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19. Those who were tested have come back negative and will continue to monitor themselves per the recommendation of Vancouver Coastal Health. The one staff member who has tested positive is in isolation at home and we wish them a speedy return to good health. Thank you to our staff and guests for your understanding and continued support. We are incredibly grateful for our committed and loyal community. As always - Peace, love and vegetables! Dear Heirloom Family, Thank you for your patience, feedback, questions, and continued support over the past day. We are trying to gather information as quickly as possible. Monday, August 24th one of our staff members tested positive for Covid-19. Prior to testing positive the staffer worked at the West 12th location on August 16, 17, 18 and August 22.... Though we are not required to close, Heirloom West 12th remains closed as a precaution while we gather all the necessary information to keep Heirloom a safe place for our staff and guests. We are waiting on further instruction to safely reopen. Anyone who is concerned about possible exposure to COVID-19, needs to assess their symptoms and consult their local health professional or 811 for further assistance. We will be voluntarily closing the West 12th location until further notice and undergoing professional surface and airborne disinfecting services. The health and safety of our staff and guests is our top priority, especially during these difficult times. We are working with the Public Health Authorities and CDC to ensure that Heirloom is a safe place to work and visit. We will continue to post updates on our website and on social media.
