Para esta crema de champinones solo necesitas: -2 tazas de champinones picados -3 papas medianas -4 tazas de ajoporro/puerro picado ... -Aceite de oliva o aguacate para sofreir tus vegetales -1 litro de caldo de vegetales bajo en sodio o agua si lo prefieres -Sal y pimienta al gusto ¿Que te parece esta idea? Empanadas de Calabaza y avena Ingredientes para la masa: -1 taza de pure de calabaza -1 y 1/2 taza de harina de avena (puedes pasar las hojuelas de avena por el procesador y obtener la harina)... -2 cdas de linaza molida -Sal al gusto -Rellena con la proteina de tu preferencia. Yo use pollo molido Amasar bien la mezcla y dejar reposar unos 10 minutos para que tenga mas consistencia. Una vez armadas, lleva las empanadas al AirFryer por 15 minutos (o hasta que doren) a 400 Fahrenheit. Asegurate de voltearlas despues de los primeros 8 minutos.
