I identify with this so much! I am going to rededicate myself to my journaling practice, as it helps me to manage my emotions and thoughts. The mental state has a direct correlation with my nervous system, and thus how my body feels. Journaling isn't my favorite thing, it's HARD work.

Today's #breakthepaincycle activity is yoga nidra. This is what I do when I'm tired of self care, or too sore to move. My favorite place to find yoga nidra tracks is on sound cloud. You can practice this in bed and contrary to popular belief it's ok to fall asleep while you're doing it. Also one of the goals of yoga nidra it to help transform harmful inner dialogue.
