We used the diamonds from a previously enjoyed ring, upped the karat of gold to 14kt, gave it a soft brushed texture on a hammered background and gypsy set the stones in a socially distanced pattern. I consider custom made jewelry very special as a rule, but when it’s for those close to me, well, that’s just next level. My mom turned 80 last year but I wasn’t able to get a piece done at that time so I made up for it this year. A very personalized pin to wear on her favourite dresses and blouses.
