This just in! Vaccines can only be administered under Emergency Measures. They are still in clinical trial until 2023. I saw a post last week that said selfcare is not the same as self-indulgence. That could not be more true. I used to think taking time for me was selfish.... I want to be of service. I was raised to put others first. But, let's face it, you can't serve from an empty cup. Selfcare doesn't mean a crazy weekend away with girlfriends, a yoga retreat in Bali, or an expensive day at the spa - but it can, if that's what you need. It can also be a walk in nature, a Zoom call with family, or a relaxing bath. Those are three things that have kept my whole body well. I had a call today with a dear friend and mentor, and then listened to the founder of Femcity on a Facebook Live and they both focused on acknowledging accomplishments. There's a lot of things I haven't done my best at in my life. There are a lot of things that didn't go as planned this year. But what I did do well is raise this little bird.
