This just in! Vaccines can only be administered under Emergency Measures. They are still in clinical trial until 2023. There’s a good chance we will be under varied degrees of lockdowns for two more years so they continue to have the legal precedent to keep giving out vaccines. #thingsyoudidntknow #alwayslearning #choicematters #chooseyourpath #humanrights

I mentioned tea a few times in an online event I'm doing regarding calming the stomach and the nerves. Here's some great info I found on uses for herbal tea. Calming - lemon balm, green, black, ashwagandha Tummy - ginger, peppermint, chamomile, licorice Detox - milk thistle, burdock, dandelion, senna Weight loss - green, oolong, mint, white rooibos... Watch the caffeine in green and black tea - especially before bed. See more

Relationships and trust come from dealing with real people. Stories help build that connection between your business and your client's business through the story that you share. Stories show the person behind the business. Are you ready to tell your story?

I’ve packed a lot in already this year. And I have so much more planned. But I haven’t been taking care of me. I can live out of balance for only so long. So I’m taking care of clients.... And I’m taking care of me. Taking a social media break and focusing inward. #selfcareisntselfish See more

We continue to feel stress on a daily basis. Teaching from home and trying to work. Financial stress. Loneliness. Lack of human touch.... And downright fear from media sensationalizing and manipulation. I know firsthand about anxiety throwing life out of balance. I need my daily walks and my sleep. But I know - and appreciate- that we each need to manage in our own way. Inner calm is now available in Canada with natural calming herbs like Ashwaganda and Saffron. I saw a post last week that said selfcare is not the same as self-indulgence. That could not be more true. I used to think taking time for me was selfish.... I want to be of service. I was raised to put others first. But, let's face it, you can't serve from an empty cup. Selfcare doesn't mean a crazy weekend away with girlfriends, a yoga retreat in Bali, or an expensive day at the spa - but it can, if that's what you need. It can also be a walk in nature, a Zoom call with family, or a relaxing bath. Those are three things that have kept my whole body well. It's a balance of food, exercise, and mental health that keep us whole. And it's what works for you as an individual. Nutrition is more than just food. It's what we feed our mind, body and soul. That's selfcare. A sea salt bath is an excellent way to feed your body for many reasons. And pure bath salts add to that process with magnesium and essential oils to absorb in through the skin ingredients that induce sleep, relieve inflammation, and relieve stress. They also draw out toxins and leave your skin soft as a side benefit. I love the Detox Bath Salts from Arbonne for a true aromatherapy experience. Are you ready to dive in?

And here it is. A new look. A new focus. Sharing stories to awaken entrepreneurs to the power of their story. Sharing stories to awaken people to the connection between our health and the health of the planet.

I had a call today with a dear friend and mentor, and then listened to the founder of Femcity on a Facebook Live and they both focused on acknowledging accomplishments. There's a lot of things I haven't done my best at in my life. There are a lot of things that didn't go as planned this year. But what I did do well is raise this little bird. And I'm super proud to have contributed to this compilation book meant to help other parents of special needs children feel heard and understood. If you know anyone who could use this book of light and love, and raw truth I can mail you a copy for $24.95. Shipping is included as my gift to you. We'll have a proper launch in the New Year. Hope you'll join me in celebrating.

If kale isn’t a superfood I don’t know what is. For literally cents I planted seeds in the spring. I had fresh kale all summer. I even gave some to friends and family. And it kept growing...... Kale is nutritionally dense. This is what you’re looking for to fuel your body. 1 cup has only 33 calories plus: Vitamin A, B1,2,3,6, C, and one of the best sources of Vitamin K Manganese Copper Potassium Magnesium Beta-Carotene Anti-oxidants PLUS Protein and Calcium! Lots of dark green veggies contain protein! But it’s also super hardy and grows in a variety of conditions- including snow! As long as you don’t have deep frost kale will not freeze! Swipe to see the overflowing sink full I harvested today! If the apocalypse is coming plant kale! #kale #lateharvest #snowcrops #superfood #nutrientdense #apocalypse #healthyyouhealthyplanet

This is the power of story. The real story of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer A man named Robert L. May, depressed and broken hearted, stared out his drafty apartment window into the chilling December night. His 4-year-old daughter Barbara sat on his lap quietly sobbing. Bobs wife, Evelyn, was dying of cancer. Little Barbara couldn't understand why her mommy could never come home. Barbara looked up into her dad's eyes and asked, "Why isn't Mommy just like everybody else's Mo...Continue reading
