Where are my coffee lovers? I could call you out but I won't. While supplies last, get Arbonne protein Coffee Flavour. A caffeine extract keeps the caffeine from being acidic in the body, and only 35mg is balanced with the 20g of vegan protein and other vitamins and minerals to avoid the after caffeine 'crash' - just like our Fizz Sticks.... And, speaking of Fizz Sticks, how about some warm, mulled spices in this limited edition flavour called Spiced Punch? I've got some on order already! If you're not currently a Preferred Client you can bundle it up in a number of ways, like this, to qualify for free shipping and a 20% discount. It's feeling a bit more 'Christmasey'!

Are you immune? *to criticism *to alternative points of view *to disease... Sometimes immunity is a good thing. Sometimes it’s not as straight forward as we think. I’m talking about immunity on my blog this week. Do you want a link? #immunity #takecontrolofyourhealth #immunityisalifestyle #healthyyouhealthyplanet

Who is getting anxious over the idea of Christmas shopping? The best of years it causes stress to find the right gift. This year who knows if stores will even be open. And, let's face it, sometimes gifts are never used.... The idea of a gift certificate isn't new. And I used to feel it devalued the gift somehow. But when you think of letting someone get exactly what they want or need, isn't that better? And when you might not be able to get out to shop, or you're not sure if you will see friends and family this is an even better idea. And have you ever considered the environmental aspects? Many clothing companies, for example, throw returned clothes out rather than re-selling. This wastes all the resources to make it, the shipping cost, and then the damage to the environment in landfill. Also consider gifts that simply take up storage and never get used. More "stuff" just needs a bigger house to keep it all. But we could do with much less. Consider the gift certificate this year. You can support local business. You can allow for online purchases. You can even deliver the gift card online, eliminating any cost of mail.
