with the recent rise in COVID-19 cases, we want to reassure you that we're doing everything we can to ensure that you feel comfortable during your visits to our clinic. we've taken extra precautions to keep you + your loved ones safe while coming in to see our team; you're part of our family and we want to make sure that you feel as at ease as possible every step of the way want a refresher on some of the steps that we're taking? - pre-visit, you...'ll receive a COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire. our team is also going through detailed screening prior to coming in. we ask that anyone who is exhibiting symptoms or has been to a high-risk area avoid coming in to the clinic. we are currently waiving cancellation fees who need to cancel appointments due to health concerns - if you're experiencing symptoms or are feeling concerned, reach out to our team and we'll help you out! - we're using hospital-grade cleaning solutions for all treatment tables + tool sterilization, and remain vigilant in our regular, thorough cleaning practices. tables and equipment are sanitized between appointments. - during your visit, masks are required for patients + practitioners while inside the clinic - get ready to smize for us! we also ask that you sanitize your hands before + after your visit (we have sanitizer handy at the door + throughout the clinic for you to use). contactless payments + bookings are also still in effect. - we will be continuing to stagger appointments to avoid congestion for safe physical distancing. please arrive on time for your appointment to keep contact at a minimum. want to know more about the steps that we're taking? visit our website for full details. we're all in this together and we can't wait to see those smiles again one day!
