We have been flooded with requests to get these going again but are in search of new ambassadors to lead these classes. Its a great opportunity to show off your killer skills and a chance to promote yourself! Evening everyone! Alright Tuesday runners, we have a plan for tomorrow. Itll be a fun loop starting over at the base of Blackcomb. We run/hike up and then we run down some amazing, flowy and technical single track! Approx 7-8 km with some good elevation off the bat. Best of both. Great bit of final training for anyone running the Valley to Peak on Saturday. Meet at Merlins at 6:15 on the dot! Looking forward to seeing everyone! Good morning Trail Runners! Tuesdays is gonna be a blast this eve. Tonights route is a great one for all levels! Fran and Dart have a super fun, fast and flowy route planned through the Lost Lake trails. Without the any real climbing tonight the focus will be on fast footwork! Good morning everyone, what an amazing long weekend! Time to get back into the routine. Tuesday trail runners, weather is perfect tonight to get back on the trails. We have a super fun route planned for this evening and are lucky to have two great guest guides! Tuesday Vets Fran and Dart will be leading the crew out (and up) from the Creekside Market Parking Lot at 6:00pm (leaving at 6:15pm). They have a fun mix of climbing and fast, flowy single track laid out for everyone to enjoy, ~8-10km. There are no rides planned from the store but if you do need one please message Fran. Looking forward to seeing everyone!!

Happy Monday everyone! Trail Runners ... tomorrow is gonna be a warm one. Lets meet again down in Cheakamus for a fun route in the trees along the river, something different than weve done in the past, itll be somewhat flat, very flow and relatively cool. Bring some water, Ill have a big jug to refill from as well. 8-10km depending on how we all feel. 6:00 sharp, ride leaving from the HH Village location, meeting in Cheakamus Interpretive forest parking lot at 6:15pm. Itll be a beauty, looking forward to seeing everyone out!
