It is with great pleasure Helping Spirit Lodge Society introduces our new Housing Navigator, Danielle Smith. "Kwe! (hello) My name is Danielle Marina Smith. I am Mi’kmaq from Eel Ground First Nation in New Brunswick. I grew up in the heart of North Vancouver, and got to know first hand the struggles and hardships that come along with living in urban city. ... My education background is in Child and Youth care, and working with at risk youth, but I am excited to apply my teachings to helping the homeless population in the lower mainland.
