Thank you to all the Weyburn businesses that gave so generously and all the great people that came out to the event to support the cause to to bid on all the great auction items we had. Thank you to Brad and Ken Johner for a great show. A special thank you to Corwin Skog of Barefoot Landesign for sponsoring the event and his donation of $6000 plus the items he purchased at the auction. So many people to thank for their support. Thank you all so much. We raised from this event a total of close to $12000 with more still coming in. So after expenses for the food and entertainment we should clear about $8500. Well it's official. Sept 27 is the date of the first ever Katschke Charitable Foundation Dinner and Show featuring Brad and Ken Johner. A delicious roast beef supper will be served at Captains Hall with the show to follow. Cocktails at 6pm Supper at 630pm and the show will start at 8pm. Bring your cheque book as we will have silent auction items. Tickets are $50 each. This function is sponsored by Barefoot Landesign. Tickets will be available starting Monday September 10 with only 120 tickets available. Call Corwin at 891-9331 for tickets starting Monday.
