AE is communicating their vision with signage printed on Mohawk Renewal paper made from 100% recycled cotton. Through the thoughtful selection of a tree-free paper made from white cotton t-shirt trimmings, AE shows how they are taking a proactive approach for a healthy, resilient world. They’ve even gone a step further by making the paper in this print project carbon neutral. Just like last year, it was incredibly important that in creating art inspired by the natural environment, that these were produced as sustainably as possible which is why I chose to print with Hemlock again. As you hang them on your wall or rest them on your desk, know that they are not only inspired by the earth, but honour it as best as they can by being 100% carbon neutral and printed by a Canadian FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified and Green-e certified printer using post-consumer waste paper. Our Holiday Wrap sheets have printed, been cut and folded. Instead of hand collating the 6 different wrap sheets into sets, we have added them to our perfect binder. Just like folded signature of a perfect bound book, the wrap sheets are dropped into the machine to collate and an operator grabs the collated sets. Back in September, we welcomed back our amazing Digital team into our main plant production facility in a newly renovated space. Not only do we do all of our digital printing on HP Indigo technology in this space, but we also have finishing, kitting, packing and shipping, all supported by our dedicated Digital customer support team. We are continuing to run day, evening and weekends, providing our quick-turnaround print services to clients both in Canada and the US. We are looking forward to the day when we can welcome you back into our building for a tour - we have lots of developments to share (and more on deck)!
