Size matters. Mother Nature throws different variables at us each year so we have to manage our crops carefully to achieve the sizing and specifications that our customers look for and depend on. This little Butternut squash is still a few inches and some colour short of maturity.

BC red potatoes are a go! Look for them in your local store!

Right now our squash fields are busier than a Vancouver rush hour. Lots of pollinator activity!
