Apple Crisp 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced c unsweetened apple juice 2 tbsp Splenda 2 tsp lemon juice... tsp cinnamon tsp nutmeg c regular oats, uncooked 2 tsp margarine Combine apple, apple juice, 1 tbsp Splenda, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss lightly to coat apples. Place in 8 square baking dish. Combine oats, 1 tbsp Splenda and margarine; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned. Serve warm.
