Come stock up for thanksgiving and beyond this Saturday & Sunday at the Just Food Farm Organic Market (10am - 3pm, 2389 Pepin Court, Ottawa). We'll have plenty of potatoes, carrots, peppers and winter squash for sale!

We finally had some time to cook today... -Roasted spaghetti squash stuffed with zucchini and tomato -Russet potato, parsnip, green onion and garlic mashed potatoes -Tokyo bekana, beet greens, heirloom tomato, kale and Beat Greens Garden spicy micro mix salad.
