Believe it or not, I was on the verge of homelessness years ago, and one thing that kept me from drowning even more than I already was, was listening to positivity. I spent days on YouTube, watching motivational speakers, crying. And by doing so, something in me rose, and my mindset started shifting.... So my advice to you, if you’re in a dark place, listen to positivity, it truly helps more than you think. It actually makes a difference. We do, don't we? One of the first things I teach in communication is that the meaning of communication lies with the person receiving the message, not the person sending it. Because if the person receiving doesn't understand, then there's no communication. So the person sending the message has the responsibility to be clear, to make sure the message is understood. ... And as a speaker, we have to know that too. We have to know our audience. If you agree with that, tell me, and if you disagree with that, tell me. I want to hear your comments on that.
